A TEENAGER was indicted Monday in the murder of a 4-year-old last week at a charity basketball game in the Bronx.
Rondell Pinkerton, 17, faces murder, weapons and assault charges stemming from the July 22 gunfight near the Forest Houses in Morrisania, where a bullet struck and killed little Lloyd Morgan.
Pinkerton’s mother broke down during his appearance at Bronx Criminal Court as he was led into the courtroom.
Pinkerton is one of three men accused in the gun battle. Courtney Kelly is scheduled to be arraigned from his hospital bed on Thursday, while Ronald Jeffrey, 19, is being held without bail.
