Struggling to make ends meet by working in a local barbershop and playing in his uncles Church; Zaytoven runs into his "get rich quick" scamming cousin Curtis "Nuke" Franklin from Detroit. Nuke convinces Zaytoven to let him manage his career. Everything goes hay wire when "Nuke" makes a deal with a local gangster Big Bank Black aka "Doc" which puts Zaytoven and Nuke at risk.
