Alabama rapper Rich Boy has been away from new music for a while now but he has finally announced his return with the release of a new mixtape followed by a studio album later this year, via eOne Music. Rich Boy has not released an official album since his self-titled debut in 2007 but he has announced that his yet untitled sophomore LP is due later this year. Here’s what he says:
“My upcoming album is a real natural. No records were forced, and I was just recording and having fun, just catching the moment.”
Rich Boy will release a mixtape called First Day of Summer on June 21st to prepare fans for the album.
