Machine Gun Kelly, born Richard Baker, was involved in an altercation at Bishop Tavern.
The lawsuit, filed by William E. Long, claims that Machine Gun Kelly used a broken bottle during the fight, which cut one of the fingers on Long’s right hand. Things became complicated for Long, who required two surgeries, after the finger got infected.
After eight days in the hospital, Long was finally released.
He claims that the rapper used the incident for commercial gain by exploiting the incident, in which Machine Gun Kelly was charged with disorderly conduct.
