Here we go again Chuck! Lol. Here’s a lil background to the story: Charles Barkey has had his issues with San Antonio in the past, most notably ripping on the city’s women two years ago. The San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro went after Barkley and threw a couple jabs his way this past weekend. Barkley responded on-air saying it was funny.
