A hanging truck that drives around New York City now features a mannequin that is said to resemble President Obama. The hanging truck is called an effigy and has eight mannequins that resemble people. The effigy has nothing to do with race but instead law enforcement injustice. The man who has created the truck believes that his family members were murdered by law enforcement and a huge cover-up has prevented him from learning the truth.
