Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose suffered a left knee injury today during the Bulls game against the Sixers. The injury looked extremely bad as Rose was on the floor for quite some time before being helped off the court. Read more after the jump.

Everyone’s worst fear was realized as it was announced that Derrick Rose tore his ACL and will be out for the rest of the season. The Bulls have managed to play well without him before but during the playoffs they definitely need their star player. Very sad news to hear.
