Pharrell Williams to Open Restaurant in Miami

Posted by Unknown on 3:27 PM

Pharrell Williams is expanding his business empire. The multifaceted mogul will open Swan and Bar Bevy, a new restaurant and cocktail lounge in Miami.

The establishment, a partnership with popular nightclub owner David Grutman, will launch under Grutman’s Groot Hospitality company at 90 N.E. 39th St., according to the South Florida Business Journal. “[Pharrell] has some great ideas and visions,” Grutman explained. “I think it’s going to the be the most beautiful restaurant in Miami.”

This will mark Skateboard P’s debut in the restaurant world. Meanwhile, Grutman is best known for owning LIV and Story, which rank among the top 10 nightclubs in the United States.

Aside from being a sought-after rapper-producer, Pharrell has made a name for himself as a businessman. He’s worked on a series of endeavors in various fields, including sneakers, sportswear apparel, denim, sunglasses, television, and films.

But Williams isn’t leaving music in the rearview. He recently collaborated with Mike WiLL Made-It, Rae Sremmurd, Big Sean, N.O.R.E., Wiz Khalifa, Miguel, and more. After helping Justin Timberlake craft Man of the Woods, he handled production for Ariana Grande’s upcoming album Sweetener.
