When we last heard from Cam’ron and Jim Jones, they were firing shots at each other on IG.
In a new interview with Angie Martinez, Cam’ron declared that his relationship with Jones is over, and social media is big part of the reason why.
“I don’t really mess with Jim no more. Jim puts a lot of things publicly. I don’t our business publicly. If there’s a problem, you got my phone number you can call me and we can resolve it,” Cam said. “Once you start taking social media, radio and making things public, I gotta curve, and it just kept happening, repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly. And I kept going back and saying ‘I’m going to do this for Dipset, the business’ and it just kept happening.”
Cam goes on to give examples of Jones’s social transgressions — including calling Killa a snitch on IG.
He also explained that he doesn’t have a lifelong relationship with Jones, since Jim is from The Bronx and Cam is from Harlem.
All in all, it doesn’t seem like there’s going to be a Dipset reunion.
