Transgender actress, Laverne Cox, is making history with her new role on the CBS series ‘Doubt’.

According to Deadline, the ‘Orange Is The New Black’ star, Laverne Cox, will star on the CBS series ‘Doubt’, which is a legal drama series. Laverne is breaking grounds for the trans community by being the first transgender actress to play a transgender on a broadcast series.

Now we know Laverne is usually slaying, so this role wont be any different! Congrats Laverne Cox.
