Love and Hip-Hop star Tahiry Jose is planning to sue, Carlos Fiasco, her attacker, along with the fashion show and theater where she was assaulted. Back in 2014, Jose was attacked backstage at a NYC fashion event. She claims the attack left her in a huge hole financially due to medical bills and she’s demanding the money back. All $31k of it.
Jose says the attack left her with cervical sprain, several disc injuries, wrist derangement, concussion and post-traumatic headaches. She claims the pain was so bad that she needed to get an epidural.
Tahiry Jose claims that she had to come out of pocket big time just to get her body back to where it needs to be. She says her finances included $8k just for a neurologist and $5.5k for rehab. Her medical bills all together came to $31k Jose is also planning to sue for damages for suffering and loss of enjoyment of life.
