MC Lyte is throwing two completely different sounds in a mixing pot in order to convey a new flavor to the ‘ Legend ‘ Album. Merging the classic veteran style that we know and love with this new age sound that reminds you she is still up on it!
The Album features previously released tracks “Cravin,” “Dear John” and “Ball.” It also will have guest appearances from Common , Faith Evans , Kenny Lattimore , CoKo , Mario and more! MC Lyte’s last project was 2003’s Da Undaground Heat, Vol. 1. Since then, she’s been respected for her career achievements, recently winning the BET “I Am Hip Hop Icon” lifetime achievement award.
